Meadow Prospect is a uniquely modern new build, designed by Adrian James Architects and defined by a combination of distinctive architectural features, natural materials and bespoke detailing. The property incorporates a number of carefully considered design elements, including sculptural round windows, a galvanised canopy framing the curved rear window and striking zinc cladding. A SIPS timber frame forms the structure of the home, complemented by natural wood flooring and a bespoke oak staircase.
Internally, the open plan lounge provides a generous and connected living space, with bespoke built in units crafted to the architectural design. The utility room features a creative joinery solution, using woodblock worktops to form shelving, surfaces and end panels.
Externally, the resin driveway provides a clean and contemporary finish. Resin is a durable, weather resistant and low maintenance surface, offering a smooth, seamless appearance that complements the modern architecture of the property. The driveway was completed by the Grant Wallis groundwork team.
The project also included carefully executed wall render, external lighting and landscaping, with bespoke joinery completed by EMC Joinery.
