Basement Conversion & Kitchen Refurbishment

This project involved the transformation of an underutilised basement into a fully functional and welcoming guest living space. The newly converted area now features comfortable living quarters complete with a fitted bathroom, providing a private and practical retreat for visitors.

Alongside the basement conversion, we carried out a complete kitchen refurbishment, tailored precisely to the client’s preferences. The bespoke design balances style and functionality, resulting in a space that is both visually striking and highly practical for everyday use.

To enhance natural light and improve access to the outdoor space, Crittall-style doors were installed on the lower level. These additions flood the interior with light while creating a seamless connection to the small patio area, elevating both the usability and aesthetic of the space.

The result is a thoughtfully designed, high-quality transformation that maximises space, light, and comfort throughout the home.
